A SHOW ABOUT A CAT AND HIS BEST FRIEND WHO IS ALSO A CAT TOO

Tack Road is an animated series following the misadventures of Robert and Doug. Robert is the pet cat of a single mother, and sees himself as a father figure to her daughter, Kelly. When Kelly starts kindergarten, Rob finds himself with a lot more free time, and begins to reluctantly spend his time with the cat across the street Doug. While their friendship gets off to a rocky start, they quickly become best friends and spend most of their time together. Both kind of dumb and awkward guys, they prefer to spend time together alone, but often get pulled in to the cat drama in the neighborhood.

In the first episode, Kelly starts kindergarten. Robert is consequently left with more free time and ends up spending his first day off “dad duty” with the nervous and awkward cat, Doug, who lives across the street and looks up to Robert. As the show progresses, these two cats become fast friends. They spend most of their time outside together, often trying to solve human problems with a limited understanding of them, given their peanut cat brains.
